Workshops & Training
Ali has been working as a workshop leader since 1995 and specialises in voice work. Her approach is to use world music and a variety of styles (folk, jazz, gospel etc) to explore harmony and improvisation and allow people to find their natural voices in a supportive environment.

She often works with other artists from different art forms to facilitate creative group work, in many educational and non-educational settings including: Teaching, Training & Lectures Ali is also an experienced trainer and teacher and has worked with carers in residential homes for older people, and managers of residential homes for people She has also trained artists and students in workshop techniques and given lectures on the benefits of healthy voice work for self and community. As an actress and director she has taught voice projection and performance techniques. Ali also spent several years whilst lecturing at South Downs College in Hampshire, teaching students 'voice and speech' from the LAMDA syllabus.
